With a decade-long journey in psychology, I’ve dedicated myself to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My expertise spans counselling, ADHD, ASD, OCD, PTSD, parenting issues, insomnia, grief, personality disorders, phobia, sex, depression, and anxiety. I strive to help people break through personal barriers to self-growth by challenging their beliefs, perceptions, and stereotypes.
My interest in psychology was sparked early on by a desire to understand human behaviour and emotions through Art Therapy. This led me to earn a Masters and PHD in Psychology. Over the years, I’ve learned the power of empathy, active listening, and evidence-based assessments in facilitating positive change.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a diverse clientele and continually refined my skills through advanced training programs. In 2019, I expanded my practice to offer online therapy services, making mental health support accessible and convenient for clients worldwide. This transition reinforced my belief in adaptability and innovation, enabling me to provide top-notch care and support, regardless of the platform we use to connect.
